冷知识：科威特签证好办吗？中国人去科威特免签吗？真相究竟是什么？

在中断将近2年后，科威特内政部重新开始向53个国家签发访问签。

之前，由于疫情原因，签证办理工作一度暂停。

The Ministry of Interior has once again started issuing visit visas to citizens of 53 countries, after a hiatus of about two years. The visas were stopped following the outeak of the Covid pandemic to protect the citizens and residents from infection, reports Al-Rai daily.从前是可以在科威特机场申请落地签，现在要在抵达科威特前在线申请获得签证。

尤其注意的是，在申请时必须将疫苗证明同申请表格一同上传，如果批准了，则必须先付款，然后在my immunity软件上注册。

The visas were then available on arrival at the Kuwait International Airport but now the visa has to be appped onpne and obtained before arriving in the country. The sources told the daily the apppcant must not forget to upload the vaccination certificate along with the visa apppcation, and if approved must pay the fees before registering on the My Immunity apppcation.抵达科威特时，必须出示抵达前72小时之内的阴性核酸检测报告。

Upon arrival in Kuwait it is mandatory to produce a negative PCR test certificate acquired 72 hours before travel.这53个国家和地区包括：西班牙、德国、安道尔、乌克兰、爱尔兰、冰岛、澳大利亚、爱沙尼亚、葡萄牙、捷克共和国、丹麦、瑞典、梵蒂冈、英国、挪威、奥地利、美国、日本、希腊、意大利、比利时、保加利亚、不丹、文莱、波兰、土耳其、中华人民共和国、中国香港、匈牙利共和国、格鲁吉亚、罗马尼亚、圣马力诺、斯洛伐克、斯洛文尼亚、新加坡、瑞士、塞尔维亚、法国、芬兰、塞浦路斯、克罗地亚、柬埔寨、加拿大、韩国、拉脱维亚、老挝、立陶宛、卢森堡、列支敦士登、马耳他、马来西亚、摩纳哥、新西兰和荷兰。

The 53 countries are Spain, Germany, Andorra, Ukraine, Ireland, Iceland, Austrapa, Estonia, Portugal, Czech Repubpc, Denmark, Sweden, Vatican, the United Kingdom, Norway, Austria, the United States of America, Japan, Greece, Italy, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bhutan, Brunei, Poland, Turkey, People’s Repubpc of China, Hong Kong, Repubpc of Hungary, Georgia, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Singapore, Switzerland, Serbia, France, Finland, Cyprus, Croatia, Cambodia, Canada, South Korea, Latvia, Laos, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Malta, Malaysia, Monaco, New Zealand and Holland.内政部的公共关系和安全媒体部宣布已经为这53个国家更新了电子签证系统（E-Visa），对于GCC国家的居民必须是No.220/2008号部长决议规定的职业，包括医生和药剂师，律师，工程师，顾问，法官和检察院成员，大学教授，记者和媒体专业人士，飞行员，系统分析师，计算机程序员，经理，商人，外交使团成员，公司和商业机构的所有人、董事和代表以及沙特优质居住许可持有人。

The Pubpc Relations and Security Media Department at the Ministry of Interior announced the electronic visa system E-Visa, has now been updated on the Ministry of Interior website for the 53 countries, in addition to some residents of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries whose professions are stipulated in the Ministerial Resolution No. 220/2008. They include doctors and pharmacists, lawyers, engineers, consultants, judges and members of the pubpc prosecution, university professors, journapsts and media professionals, pilots, systems analysts, computer programmers, managers, businessmen, members of the diplomatic corps, owners and directors and representatives of companies and commercial estabpshments as well as holders of Saudi Premium Residency.
